Ancient Wisdom & Modern Science
I have an integrated view of psychology and spirituality that is founded in a strong background in psycho-spiritual work. After being ordained as a Conservative Rabbi, I have taught in a university setting for a decade. As a university lecturer, I have taught a wide range of courses, including character development and comparative mysticism.
In addition, I have also served as the spiritual counselor for graduate students as well as many families in transition. Aside from my clinical work, I continue to lead couple’s counseling and meditation workshops and retreats.
"According to the way of the world, when joy arises within a person or when sorrow arises, and she does not comprehend, she cannot bear it. Her heart momentarily flies away. But once she comprehends, she endures steadfastly and can bear it." - Zohar II:84b
